2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3-6 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups fresh green beans, washed and both ends cut off
2 cups mushrooms, cut into quarters (button, baby browned, or Portobello)
1. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat
2. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
3. Add green beans and mushrooms and sauté for about five minutes or until mushrooms start to brown in the green beans are all 50.
Serves 2-4
Make sure both of you eat this dish, as it has a lot of garlic!
