Honey and Horseradish Chicken Thighs

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup honey
1 /2 cup horseradish mustard
1-2 pounds chicken thighs

1.  Preheat oven to 350° or fire up the grill.
2.  In a large saucepan, combine the water, honey, and mustard.  Simmer over medium low heat for about 5 minutes stirring frequently.
3.  Add the chicken to saucepan and coat well to combine flavors.
4.  Transfer chicken to a shallow baking dish and place in the oven.  Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
5.  Pour the extra sauce over the chicken was cooking for added flavor.

Serves 2-4

The honey sweetened the chicken, while the horseradish adds a spicy bite.
This dish is fast, easy and cheap!
